Nx Witness Maps supports one Keyhole Markup (KMZ) layer.
- The imported .KMZ file must be compliant with the World Geodetic System 1984 (WGS 84), as recognized by the Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC).
- A successfully imported .KMZ file will be rendered as a read-only layer.
- The .KMZ layer can be toggled in viewing mode and map edit mode.
- Cameras, integrations, and other Nx Witness Maps data cannot be placed on the .KMZ layer.
- It is not possible to interact with objects, icons, or points of interest belonging to the .KMZ layer.
- Nx Witness Maps does not export Keyhole Markup data nor produce .KMZ packages.
- A Keyhole Markup Layer can only be visible over street view, 3D models, and satellite imagery.
- Keyhole Markup data cannot be rendered over maps created using a PDF or a digital image file.
