The Network Optix Beta Testing Program lets you try new features before official releases. Your feedback helps us improve our products.

Follow this guide to join the program and submit your feedback.

Join the program

To become a beta tester, complete the following steps:

1. Go to the Network Optix Beta Program page.

2. Follow the on-screen instructions to sign up for beta access.

3. Check your email. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to download and install the beta software.

Submit feedback

When a beta version is available, a new section opens in the community forum to collect your input.

To share your feedback:

1. Go to the Network Optix Community.

2. Post your findings in the Beta Feedback section.

Use the required subject line format

To help us process your feedback quickly, format your forum post's subject line exactly like this:

Application - Version - Short description of the feedback

Examples:

• Mobile Client - 25.1 - Downloading Bookmarks

• Desktop Client - 6.0.2 - Exporting a rapid review

Use the required description format

Copy and paste the following structure into the body of your forum post, and provide the details for each section:

• Summary: A short description of the issue or feedback.

• Environment: Your operating system and hardware specifications.

• Reproduction scenario: The exact steps to reproduce the issue or experience the feature.

• Expected behavior: What you expected to happen.

• Actual behavior: What actually happened.

• Additional information: Any relevant screenshots, screen recordings, or logs to help us diagnose the issue.
