Why do my login attempts fail?
Problem: UI Components of Nx Desktop are accessible, but all attempts to log in are being dropped.
Most likely, it's the side effect of some antivirus or anti-malware blocking the interaction between Nx Server and Nx Desktop. They communicate via a proprietary protocol that is usually considered to be suspicious by most of the antivirus programs.
Solution: Add Nx Witness to your antivirus passlist.
Note: If it doesn't help, try to disable/uninstall those programs to be able to use Nx Software.
Why is the UI glitched?
Problem: Many UI components are missing or Nx Desktop closes immediately with the error "drivers not found".
If you see missing notification bar, resource tree, and login dialog or client just won't start, most likely it's happening because your video adapter driver doesn't match the necessary software requirements.
Solution: Use a GPU with OpenGL 2.1 support or emulate OpenGL 2.1 via CPU.
Note: If you see that you match minimal requirements, first try to update your video driver. Use the official web-site of your video adapter's manufacturer, not the embedded Windows update mechanism.
