    Hi Nelly Calda.

    Regarding:

    How many times a license can be reused

    A license can be activated up to 3 times. See also THIS support article.

    likewise we would like to know if the overwrite option is automatic or can be done manually

    This is done automatically and based on the first in, first out principle. See also THIS and THIS support article.

    also if we can use cloud storage via url

    Currently, you can add external storage applications. See also THIS support article. If you want to write data to an cloud service provider like, AWS, Google, etc. we have our storage SDK available to support you in developing your own middleware to enable this. This has been done by other users as well.

    In one of our upcoming releases we will offer cloud storage ourselves. ETA version and release date is not fixed yet.

    Hello, good morning

    We would like to know what each color refers to (yellow, red and green) in the image attached at the bottom, we would also like to know how many activations each license has left.
    We wait your answer.
    Best regards.

    Hi Nelly Calda,

    First a small warning; Please do not change anything in the Advanced settings menu, since it is intended for Nx agents.
    Only change things that are documented in our supported articles by following the exact steps.

    The other parameters are for agents only and when being used wrongly, it might affect the stability of the system.

    Regarding the colors:

    Yellow = Reserved Space
    Green = Free Space
    Red = Occupied Space

    Regarding licenses; Please reach out to your reseller, they have access to the license portal ant should be able to see the details about your licenses.
