I agree, we should be able to enable/disable rules with an action and not only by the calender.

Hi Andrew Sharrem and Fabian Penasse,

You actually can do this. Please check THIS support article for the solution.

    Thanks for the great suggestion!

It's in the roadmap, but currently, we work on the internal rules engine (architectural changes). Those changes are required so we can implement new shiny features. So after completing and releasing those internal changes we'll be able to implement arm-disarm soft triggers too

For the time being, take a look at this video where our partners configure arm/disarm states via HTTP event and soft triggers changing via API:
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fQCgl30WXHY&list=LLjI5q-Jd1PMJqKvQx46zkpQ

It's kinda complicated, but doable, video clearly explains what is needed

UPD. Norman was a bit faster. His support article actually explains methods that are used in the video that I've posted

    I Norman, Thx.

It would be so much easier to be able do do this (activate/deactivate rule) from out the action list. But In the mean time we have a work around :)

We use AI for outdoor detection and to possibity to actvate/deactive some rules  in the action area would help us a lot.

it is possible with the API but it is very difficult programming for a lot of our installers. it's also very difficult to make a manual for it. would be a lot easier if there was an action to disable / enable another rule
