I Norman, Thx. It would be so much easier to be able do do this (activate/deactivate rule) from out the action list. But In the mean time we have a work around :)

Audit / event logging by typing comment when doing a operator action. Sort of Register to playback list
It would be nice if you can give an operator/user the option to type comment when he wants to playback video, so his action is also logged whit a individual comment on his "reason to playback".
