Unable to re-merge server to system

Hi,

We have an issue where a server was removed from the NX Witness cluster/system, so that the OS (Windows Server 2016) could be rebuilt. Upon trying to merge it back into the cluster, the following message is displayed:

  Hi Malcolm Goon Chew,

  Thanks for the questions.

  1) It looks like you clone the image of the server, so every identifier in the new server were not changed. 
  2) The other possibility is that you did not detach the system, but just remove the server. Meaning that you detach procedure is incorrect likely.

  To solve this - 
  1) You can do full uninstall of Nx Witness on the server, then reinstall it. Notice: Full Uninstall.
  2) Try to change the serverGUID.(Please provide the remote access accordingly)

  This issue has been solved by reinstalling the Nx Witness mediaserver.
  It is likely the serverGUID was identical due to the image clone/Database clone or some other reasons.

  The clean uninstallation can help to re-generate the serverGUID to solve this issue.
  You can do full uninstall of Nx Witness on the server, then reinstall it. Notice: Full Uninstall.
