There are two currency settings within the Nx Connect portal.
- The first is the Assigned Currency set by the Channel Partner who provides your services.
- The second, known as Your Currency, is the currency you charge your Channel Partners & Organizations in.
Changing Your Currency
- Log into Nx Connect as an Administrator and select the Channel Partner to manage.
- Click on the Settings gear icon at the bottom of the left-side menu to open the Settings dialog.
- Select Currency on the left side menu – select the desired currency in the Your Currency list.
- Confirm the currency change within the dialog pop-up box.
- Review and update every service price your Channel Partner has set.
| NOTE: Use caution when changing currency rates as exchange rates are not calculated within Nx Connect and this can create significant accounting discrepancies in the next billing cycle. |
