Review the Operational Status topic before taking this action. Status changes apply to all Channel Partners, Organizations, and Sites within Channel Partner where the status change is made.
- Use the global search function or select the Channel Partners tab on the left menu.
- Select the Channel Partner to modify from the search results or the table displayed.
- Click the Edit button in the upper right-hand corner, then select Status from the menu displayed.
- Select the intended Status and click the Next button.
- Confirm the Status change by clicking the Edit Status button.
NOTES:
- Status changes are nearly instantaneous and applied to all downstream entities.
- Suspended and Shutdown states will block site access by cloud users.
- Connected cloud users will be disconnected with limited notice or delay.
- Recording will be stopped when a Channel Partner status is changed to Shutdown.
- Gross profit and Revenue data is cleared.
