The price per service set by a Channel Partner is applicable to each (sub) Channel Partner and each Organization directly managed by root Channel Partner.
Next level, (sub) Channel Partners set the price paid by their (sub) Channel Partners and directly managed Organizations. This pattern continues throughout the billing structure.
The quantity of each available services is set at the Organization level.
| NOTE: Charges are calculated at the number of Services available to an Organization and not the number of services in use. |
Set or Modify Partner Service Price
- Select the Channel Partners tab within the left panel menu.
- Choose the Channel Partner where pricing changes are to be made.
- When viewing the Channel Partner dashboard, find and click the Manage Services in the upper right hand corner to open the pricing dialog.
- A drawer will open and display the Subscription Services available to the Channel Partner.
- Currently unavailable Subscription Services display “Input Price”.
- Click the service row set or edit the service price.
- Setting a price makes the service available to your Channel Partners and managed Organizations.
- Confirm changes by clicking the SAVE button.
