Existing Professional Edition Sites that rely on License Keys can quickly and easily upgrade to Enterprise Edition and powerful features and all the benefits of Usage Based Billing.
NOTES:
- Sites must be connected to the Cloud before they can be upgraded to Enterprise Edition.
- A Channel Partner and an active Organization must be available to the upgraded Site.
- All exiting Cloud and Local users for the Professional Edition Site are retained.
- Each active, Professional recording license will be converted into a credit core service of fixed duration.
- License conversion detailed are displayed for review and acceptance during the upgrade process.
Upgrading Cloud-Connected Sites
- Log in to the Cloud portal and select the Site to upgrade.
- Change to the Settings tab in the Cloud portal header menu, and then click on the General heading in the left-panel menu, under Site Administration.
- Find and click on the text Owner - you (change) under the Site (System) name.
- When presented with the Transfer Ownership dialog, select the To Organization radio button.
- Choose which Organization the Site will be connected to.
- Review and accept the provided upgrade information and terms by clicking the Transfer button.
- Authenticate with your Cloud Account and 2FA verification code, if required.
- Use the Cloud portal to place the upgraded Site in a folder, if applicable.
- Recording devices previously enabled by a Professional License are automatically configured with a prepaid Subscription Service.
- Allocating existing Organization services to devices or add more Services to the Organization.
