It would be a good idea to include some additional information regarding the systems involved here in order to troubleshoot. What operating system / version are you running on server and client?

Vincent, I had a similar issue with some Hanwha XNV-8083R. I ended up turning on BestShot and that got the object thumbnails coming into witness. I still see some inconsistencies with what shows up...
