Lost video recordings

Good morning community,
About 2 weeks ago I updated Nx Witness 5.0 on 2 servers that I have with the combined system, but the system was behaving slowly in the search for video groups, the client application also closed, that's why I uninstalled version 5.0 and returned the system to version 4.2
The display problem in the video search that I had was resolved, but now in the time bar of the recorded video the time period of these 2 weeks since I updated to version 5.0 does not appear
Could you help me with the way to get the entire recording period in the cameras

If the data exists, and you didn't remove the storage database during the uninstallation, you should do a storage reindex and the missing two weeks should become available once the reindex is finished.

Please note that I did not remove the video storage during the uninstall and install process. When I finished configuring the system with version 4.2, I executed the reindex function, but when I finished, I continued with the same lost information.
With version 5.0 there will be another route to store the video that is not the same with version 4.2?Regards

Is the data still present at the storage location?
Could it be that you, by accident, deleted the storage database?Can you explain, step by step, how you did the uninstallation?
The storage path for 5.0 is the same as it was for 4.2.

I found the problem, I have 2 servers in this system and some cameras had shared saved information between them. I'm going to move these cameras between servers and reindex everything, I'll tell you the results

Hi, I realize a lot of time has passed; I would like to know if running the reindexing process works for recovering the video. I would appreciate a reply.

If the data exists, and is located in the right folders, reindexing should make the data available again.

Thank you for your response. I followed the process, and it took quite a while, but at the end, the recordings appeared as if they were from a different device. The important thing is that they can review the recordings without any problems.
