Lost video recordings

About 2 weeks ago I updated Nx Witness 5.0 on 2 servers that I have with the combined system, but the system was behaving slowly in the search for video groups, the client application also closed, that's why I uninstalled version 5.0 and returned the system to version 4.2
The display problem in the video search that I had was resolved, but now in the time bar of the recorded video the time period of these 2 weeks since I updated to version 5.0 does not appear
Could you help me with the way to get the entire recording period in the cameras

If the data exists, and you didn't remove the storage database during the uninstallation, you should do a storage reindex and the missing two weeks should become available once the reindex is finished.

Please note that I did not remove the video storage during the uninstall and install process. When I finished configuring the system with version 4.2, I executed the reindex function, but when I finished, I continued with the same lost information.
With version 5.0 there will be another route to store the video that is not the same with version 4.2?Regards

Is the data still present at the storage location?
Could it be that you, by accident, deleted the storage database?Can you explain, step by step, how you did the uninstallation?
The storage path for 5.0 is the same as it was for 4.2.
