    Hi Jose Janampa,

    If the data exists, and you didn't remove the storage database during the uninstallation, you should do a storage reindex and the missing two weeks should become available once the reindex is finished.

    From the in-client manual:

    Thank you Norman for your reply.

    Please note that I did not remove the video storage during the uninstall and install process. When I finished configuring the system with version 4.2, I executed the reindex function, but when I finished, I continued with the same lost information.
    With version 5.0 there will be another route to store the video that is not the same with version 4.2?

    Hi Jose Janampa,

    Is the data still present at the storage location?
    Could it be that you, by accident, deleted the storage database?

    Can you explain, step by step, how you did the uninstallation?

    The storage path for 5.0 is the same as it was for 4.2.

    Hi Norman

    I found the problem, I have 2 servers in this system and some cameras had shared saved information between them. I'm going to move these cameras between servers and reindex everything, I'll tell you the results
