Hi there. I have come across two issues in Ubuntu 22.04 LTS.
1) After first install, the pop up screen to connect and setup the server from the client opens but remains blank. The work around here is to find the local machine ip and manually configure by going to the server webpage port 7001.
2) When I click "Connect to NX cloud" from the client, am displayed with a blank connection screen that does prompt for any login. I need to open the client on a windows pc on the local network, connect to the server and then do it from there.

is that possible we can have the screen recording to your issues?
- When you say blank, the dialog was there but not possible to see the displayed text?
Which version of the Nx Desktop Client you were using?Have you checked the desktop been working for other functions?
Is that possible you can Press "F1" function key, it would show the desktop client information and the graphics info, can you provide the screen capture of the dialog as well? -

Please notice that Ubuntu 22.04 LTS isn't supported yet. We plan to support it from Nx Witness version 5.1+.
Please check if you can reproduce the issue with Ubuntu 20.04 LTS as well. If that is the case, we can continue the investigation.For supported OS, please check the release notes of the relevant version or the relevant support article which you can find HERE.
