Axis P3265-LVE camera

I'm trying to connect a new Axis P3265-LVE camera to NXW but cant get it to auto discover.
Note that I am using the trial version but have been able to get a P1375 to be discovered and connect.
I've created an ONVIF user in the camera hoping NXW would recognise the ONVIF interface with no luck.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Matt Warmington,
The camera has not yet supported via the proprietary API on Nx Witness as it is relatively new models.
It is planned to be added into the list on v5.0.0 patch, likely on first/second week of August.Thanks.

Impossible to add device Axis camera P3265-LVE to
ONX Compact video server version 5.0.0.35270
I have tried with different camera firmware : 10.9.4 or 10.11.76 or 10.12.91
Normally this should work following the supported device list.
Can you please help to add this camera

Am I right that you asked this question to your local reseller as well?
I got the same question from them as well. So the same answer applies:Right-now you can add the device as RTSP streams as described here.
In our upcoming patch for 5.0, the camera will be supported.If you want to have a non-tested private patch, let your reseller know, and they'll provide it for verification purposes. We don't recommend installing this built in a production environment.

That's correct. As a workaround I will add as RTSP stream until the patch for 5.0 comes out

Meanwhile I suggest to remove this camera from the list with supported devices.
Can you give me an indication when this patch will be released ?
