Where can I find a way to downgrade iOS NxMobile to previous version?

Hi community,

Our customers are running NxWitness server 3.1/3.2 in their surveillance system
and now encountering compatibility errors after this June 2nd; release of recent mobile apps version 22.1.

We have checked NxMobile Apps release notes and have understood
this error comes from server and client version.

Eventually, we are planning customers to introduce the latest version of NxWitness server,
but due to customer's hardware restriction, some customer cannot deal with it for the time being.

So, as a workaround, we are looking for a way to downgrade mobile apps ...
for Android, the following article seems to deal with it,
but is there a way to install a previous version of iOS as well?

Hi @...,

You can't use an older version of the iOS app as far as I know.

That being said; please upgrade your system to version 4.2.
Also, soon we'll be releasing version 5.0.

Upgrading is free and offers you many new features and (security) updates.
