Effective Dec 1st 2019, Nx Mobile connectivity with Nx Server v2.x can no longer be guaranteed.
This may result in support questions from customers using the latest Nx Mobile client that are connecting to Systems running v2.x.
While Nx will try to maintain compatibility, the ability of the Nx Support Team to resolve such cases will not be guaranteed.
If experiencing issues connecting with the later versions (e.g. Nx Mobile 19.5 or later) to a v2.x System, please try the following:
- Upgrade your System to a 3.x version or higher (though we always recommend upgrading to the latest version since it’s officially supported).
- Use a previous version of the Nx Mobile client. If it works, you will have to stick to this version and disable automatic updates in your phone’s settings.
