Nx Witness stop loop recording when NAS storage disk size full

Hi, I used Nx Witness Server, Client version 4.2.0.32840 found the problem with system stop to loop recording the video files to NAS storage after the size is full. The Nx Witness Server run on Windows Server 2016. I have to delete the old video files to make a space then the system will re-recording again. Could you help me find out the solution to fix this?

PS. The NAS storage I use on Synology device model: SA3400 the storage size setup at 30TB. used for 16 channels.

  Hi Sompop Daengsri,

  Thanks for your questions. Have you disable the "Trash Bin" on your NAS device?
  Do you have any other files(saying not belong to Nx Witness) on the NAS as well?

  Thank you for your fast responsed. Ok, I see the problem. For my Synology storage is Recycle Bin, I have to disable this function right?
