Soft Button

We have a soft button setup to open a gate with a relay on a camera

It works fine most of the time but for some users it goes red when they hover over it and it won't work

Any ideas why it goes red?

  I have a similar button on a Hanwha intercom on NX. It never goes red. 

  Might want to check in the event rule (if it is running by an event rule) if those users which have it going red are included in the user types which have this rule enabled. Perhaps they don't have permission.
