Hi,

1) How can test alarm email notification using the demo account ?
2) How to upload bounding box for an alarm which i received in email i specify ? 

Let me know is that possible to do the both testing with demo account. 
If not possible tell me how i can do the testing 1 and 2

  Hi balaganesh k,

  The demo account would not be able to do the email test.
  If you want to confirm the functions of Nx Witness, the best way is you can setup your own server to play with all the functions.

  1) You can download the Nx Witness bundled application and install it on your own computer.
  On MyNx, you can find the training video and slides to install your own Nx Witness test environment.
  You would need to setup or use the email server.

  2) How to upload bounding box for an alarm which i received in email i specify ? 
  Basically, you can simply set the event and action on Nx Witness. When an event happened, then you could request Nx Witness mediaserver to send out the email notification. The email would have the snapshot of the timestamp which a specific event was detected. You can also find the detail and video on the training page. (09. Installation - Send an Email)
