NX Cloud access is not working in my office and some of the locations in China
AnsweredEg. We cannot reach https://nx-zh.nxvms.cloud/ from our office, and at the same time both Desktop client & mobile app show my "sites" are "Unreachable". We've tried to contact our ISP to see whether the blocking is due to their firewall setting, but they advise that the blocking is actually at the U.S. side.

Can you run the provided Python script on the server you are trying to connect to?
Please share the results with us.
Be aware that if there is any country blocking another, there is not much we can do and you need to use the standard port forwarding method to connect to the server(s).

[91mnx-zh.nxvms.com:443 CLOSEDEspecially these two lines confirm that the connection between the site and the cloud service is blocked. This could be a local network limitation, but could also be an ISP or a country blocking a service.

After several tests, it looks like there is a dead point between HongKong and China.
We are not sure that if this is due to the networking devices/firewall/national network limitation. But likely this is a question to your ISP. They should be able to check the dead point.
BTW, we are going to set up a cloud instance on AWS in PRC. Maybe you would get a stable connection then.
We don't have the ETA yet, but likely would be ready by Q3/end.Thanks.

Based on your case we decided to add/set up our cloud infrastructure in China, so traffic never needs to leave China.We hope it would resolve any firewall issues. Besides, it will speed up things.
We are actively working on this. It should be a matter of days.

This is a great news! Even better than solving the route between China and outside as customers will have better experience with NX Cloud and NX system.
