Im still having problems with analytics object icon being not displayed on the desktop app after adding Hikvision cameras.
The object tab shows up in the mobile app and displays events correctly but the desktop app is missing the icon on the camera view as well as the right side menu. It did load correctly when adding Hikvision cameras about a year ago.
Just did an install yesterday with the latest camera fw (5.8.10) and build 40736
I was wondering if there are plans to correct the issue on the VMS side or is it the Hikvision cameras that is preventing the desktop app from recognizing the analytics capability of the cameras
