PTZ function dissapears

Today with a client.
I have notice dat for two PTZ camera the controls dissapears. I have tried delete de camera and add it again. There is still no PTZ controls.
A couple of days ago they worked perfect.

Did you resolve this? I am having the same issue? On a Dahua PTZ with a specific firmware. Onvif 18.12

I just discovered in Expert settings if I set both the primary and secondary steams to main stream the PTZ control cones back

I think this way you increase CPU usage on the server.

Could you please confirm if you are currently using Nx version 5.1.0.37133? If you are, it's highly likely that you've encountered a known issue within version 5.1.
We introduced some enhancements for detecting PTZ capabilities, but it appears that the PTZ function might get lost when the camera doesn't provide the expected response. We've already added the fix in the upcoming patch to ensure compatibility for those cameras. The patch is scheduled for release before the end of September.However, it is always a good practice to verify multiple cameras to ensure that nothing is missed. Please let us know if you are willing to forward the camera(RTSP and HTTP port) to us for internal testing.

Yes this is on 37133 The PTZ works with the software on this camera works on a couple other fw versions for this camera just not this one without doing this work around. Ill try and get it forwarded in the next few days

Got the same problem with Dahua PTZ , upgraded NX from 4.1 to 5.1 the PZT function gone!

I updated to 37512. I no longer need to have the primary and secondary profiles set to main stream for the ptz control to be displayed so it looks like that is corrected.
However I still need to have the “Keep camera stream and profile settings” tab checked or the camera will constantly cycle between on and offline

I seem to have lost PTZ control through the software. I’m still on 37512 and it was working but the control has disappeared from the screen. I have tried a few things to get it back but haven’t had any luck.

Even the problem is still existing but the client having over 200 cameras for recordings, there are many considerations for system upgrade, the client has no urgent upgrade needs for the moment。 So the follow up is stop for now。 Thank you for your reply.

Im still having an issue with missing PTZ controls on the 49425XBNR Every release that comes out I check to see if the issue is resolved, I just installed 40414
I can add the camera with the ip address and have the system find it but it doesnt fill in the secondary stream settings but it does display the webpage and advanced tabs in the settings window.
If I manually add the device and add the rtsp streams to both the primary and secondary streams I get both Hi and lo res streams working but the webpage and advanced tabs in the settings are missing.
Neither method brings up the PTZ controls.
