I know that you can see event logs but I wonder where can I find logs that show me event that doesn't occur and why?

I don't understand your request. Event that don't occur, aren't listed in the logs.
If you mean that the event should occur, but the applicable action isn't processed, then I would trace it with Wireshark, HERE you can see how to create a Wireshark capture file.
And if such issues occur, please assure you are using the latest release of Nx Witness and check the release notes of the latest Nx Witness patches if the issue you encounter was resolve in the latest patch.
The same applies for camera firmware. Please check if you are using the latest firmware and the release notes to check if the issue was known and resolved.

I would like to find the log that indicates the specific event does not occur.
I integrated the AIBox to Nx and made for example "intrusion" as the event type, and sometimes when a car is passing throw I don't get an alert about it.
I want to see what happened in the system and why I didn't get an alert.0 -

As said; event that don't occur, aren't listed in the logs.
If you want to capture the communication between a 3rd party application, AIBox in this case, and Nx, Wireshark is the tool to use.
Also, it might be that AIBox has a logging feature, but I'm not familiar with this application.

The AIBox logs are the same as Nx I can see only logs for an event that has been occurred.

Please try to update your Nx software to 4.2.0.32840 - the hotfix we released this month for solving the triggered problem of analytics events. For more details, please refer to this article.
If the problem still exists, please follow Norman's suggestion and collect more info for us.

Unfortunately, we needed to downgrade because there was a problem with the integration of the AIBox with the new update, and now with the 4.1.0.31398 version the AIBox working better.0 -

I've noticed another community post of AIBox integration that you reported. However, we are unable to investigate the detected problem on the older version since the code branch is different and outdated.
