Recording server Service crash

Am facing issue with with RS service, even server web page is not opening, the media service is stopping and starting frequently. Now the recordings are on failover. Kindly provide the support ASAP.

NX Witness :- 4.1.0.31398
Server OS : Windows 2012 RS standard
Client :- Win7
Network Topology:- 2 Servers ( 1 Recording, 1 Failover) 92 cameras, 5 Switches.

I have no clue what RS service is? That's not something Network Optix offers.
