Android NX Mobile Issues

Hello I have a galaxy tab a sm-t510 running Android Version 11.

 

Running NX Mobile on this tablet it shuts off after 1 minute, I then have to click on the nx mobile icon to get it going again but another minute later it shuts off.

 

Can you assit in why this is happening.

 

NX Mobile version is 22.4.35227 Android

 

Connection is via nx cloud

  This looks like a known issue on some samsung tablet due to the decoder.

  If you like, we have a private patch you could test to see if it resolves the issue you encounter.

  You can download the apk file HERE. For instructions how to sideload application, please, check THIS support article. Please notice that such patches aren't as well tested as the public releases.
