The Integrations Marketplace promotes integrated solutions to end users, system integrators, and resellers across the Nx ecosystem.
Follow this guide to prepare, create, and submit your integration listing for review on the Marketplace.
Before you begin
Before creating your listing, ensure you complete the following prerequisite steps:
Create an Nx Meta Developer account: If you do not have an account, sign up on the Nx Meta Developer Portal. If you already have an Nx Cloud account, log in using your existing credentials.
Request Marketplace access: Complete the form on the Join the Integrations Marketplace page. Use the email address associated with the cloud account you plan to use for managing your listings.
A representative will contact you to grant access.-
Review branding guidelines:
Do not use fixed Nx Witness or Network Optix branding in text, images, or videos.
Use the branding variables provided below the description text boxes in the portal.
Use the Nx Meta desktop client when capturing screenshots or videos.
Avoid mentioning Network Optix or its specific product names in video narration or text overlays.
Create your integration asset
Log in to the Nx Meta Developer Portal.
Select your email address in the top-right corner of the page, then select Administration.
In the Administration dashboard, locate Asset Management and select + Add on the Assets row.

Enter the internal asset name in the Name field.
NOTE: This name is used for internal tracking. You will set the public Marketplace title in a later step. Leave all other default settings unchanged.
Select Save (or Save and add another if you are submitting multiple integrations).
Add integration details
After creating the asset, open the Edit Content view (also listed as Edit a Page) to populate your listing's sections.

1. Information page
This page defines the tile preview shown on the main Marketplace page.
Fill in all required metadata fields.
Upload a high-quality logo with a transparent background in
.pngformat.Ensure the short description fits within the tile layout on the main Marketplace preview without truncating awkwardly.
2. How does it work? page
This page forms the main body of your Marketplace listing.
Provide a clear description explaining what your product does and how it integrates with the VMS.
Identify the specific developer tool or API used to build the integration.
Attach relevant overview screenshots and videos.
3. How to setup? page
Provide step-by-step instructions for installing and configuring the integration for the VMS.
Include clear screenshots or screen recordings showing the setup process.
4. Support block
Enter your support contact details, including a valid support email address and a URL to your technical support webpage to allow users to contact you in case if questions or issues.
5. Download Files block
Upload relevant installation binaries, packages, or documentation files.
Assign each file to its correct file category.
6. Requirements and compatibility block
Specify the supported VMS software versions, supported operating systems, and other platform requirements.
Test your integration against the latest release of Nx Meta VMS before publishing.
Add any custom system requirements under Additional Requirements.
7. Version Details page
Enter the current version number of your integration.
Add release notes or feature updates in the What's new? field. Update this page whenever you publish a new software version.
Submit your integration for review
Navigate to any completed page within your listing in the Edit Content view.
Select Submit & Review.
Our team will review your submission for clarity, correct branding variable usage, and complete setup instructions.
If approved: Your listing becomes visible on the Marketplace.
If revision is required: You will receive feedback detailing the required edits. Make the requested updates and select Submit & Review again.
Verification and testing process
During the review process, the team may request to test your integration to validate quality and verify the installation instructions. If requested, provide either:
A downloadable software package for internal testing.
Remote access to a demo environment with Nx Meta VMS and your integration pre-installed.
Maintain your listing
To update an existing listing:
Open the Administration Dashboard.
Select Assets to view your created integrations.
Select Edit Content next to the asset you want to update.
Save your changes and re-submit the listing if prompted.
