Hi, I can’t unable my notifications on my iPhone 13. I reinstall the app, forced close … login again and nothing… « Cannot enable push notification / please check connection » I restart the server… nothing :( can I have help pls? Pierre

  Hi. Thx for your answer. I’m using iOS 16.1. In the iOS App is disable the notification. And I can’t enable it since that :/
  I’ve a error message between « « . I can send a picture if it’s possible.

  That clarifies it. iOS 16.1 is not yet supported. Please check the supported OS HERE.

  Hi @...,

  We created an intermittent version for Nx Mobile (v22.4.1.35903) which we just pushed to the Apple App store.
  Please keep an eye on it for the update, since typically it will take some days before Apple approves the application. This version should enable the push notifications for iOS 16.x.

  Hi @...,

  If you upgrade to the latest version of Nx Mobile, v22.5, iOS 16.1 should work as well.
