    Hi Saku Mattinen,

We just released a new build - v5.0.0.35745, which fixes an authentication issue with the Dahua camera. However, we haven't confirmed if this is a related case. Could you please update and check whether the authentication issue appears?

The release note and download info are available from MyNx website.
    Thank you.

Could i get build number and password for update. System claims that latest version is installed. Servers are running the version v5.0.0.35270 and check for updates in advanced settings don´t make a change.

    Updating didn't help!

I also have an issue connecting to other servers in merged system.
When connecting to site via cloud, user always get connected to same server and cannot change the connection to the server he is using. That causes extra load to customers network, they have multiple servers in the same system and connected to each other via VLAN and some of those are behind a slow connection. Does all the data go thru the server you are connected to? This problem causes also an issue when we want to tie license to specific server hardware in the system.

    Hi Saku Mattinen,

There're several reports of the Dahua authentication problem in v5.0.0.35270, and we are checking whether the problem is related to the Dahua camera with v2.8x firmware. During the investigation, it seems that the Dahua camera may refuse the ONVIF requests when the issue appears. I'm afraid that your Dahua camera keeps in a "lock" state for ONVIF queries.
    Please help to check that,
    1. Are you able to get the camera to work with the ONVIF device manager? Will it get an authentication problem?
    2. If the ONVIF device manager is working well, try a factory reset on the Dahua camera and check if the issue will happen again.

For another cloud connection issue, please create a new post in the community. So that we won't mess up the discussion for each topic.

    Thank you.

    Hi Saku Mattinen,

We're discussing this issue with the Dahua team now. Could you help to update your camera(HFW3841T) to the latest firmware version - 2.820.0000000.25.R?

If the issue still persists with this version, a unattended remote session to your server computer will be required for further investigation.
    Thank you.

    Hi Saku Mattinen,

From my point of view, it is very likely the camera's firmware issue. May I know if it's possible to share the unattended Teamviewer session with us so that we could investigate more?

If you agree with it, I will create a ticket for you to share the sensitive info.
    Thank you for your cooperation.
