Issues when adding Hikvision DVR to DW Spectrum

I am trying to add a Hikvision DVR to DW Spectrum
DW is latest
DVR is iDS-7208HUHI-M2 with turbo HD cameras.
The device was found using the Add device feature with IP/port/user/pass and the 6 cameras are showing in the device list
However, from time to time cameras are showing Authentication Required and the rest of the time are offline, with a stream error not found error;
How I can solve this, I really need to record those cameras remotely, on a DW system.
The DVR is accessible remotely I can display images on phone app and web, so the ports are correctly forwarded.

Hi Catalin Apopei,
I would capture the moment Authentication Required is showing with Wireshark with the DVR IP address as the host filter and by setting up a ring buffer. This way you can capture the communication between the mediaserver and the DVR, and it might help you to understand the root cause.
If you have difficulties analyzing the Wireshark capture file, feel free to share it for further investigations by us.

as I mentioned, the authentication required is only from time to time;
all the rest it's just showing camera offline
I can share the login and ip on private so you can investigate

Does the issue persist after you update the DW Spectrum to the latest v5.0.0 as well as the DVR firmware?
