    Hi Hallan Souza,

    Please edit your request into English, so everyone in this community would be able to read and understand it.

    I copy/pasted the text in a translator, and it seems the following is the issue:

    • System has a capacity of ~50 TB.
    • Recording Schedule is set to 30 days.
    • Actual recording is ~7 days.
    • Actual recording occupies ~16.70 TB.

    What I notice is that the Server Settings displays close to 30 days of recording. (29 dia 16 hora ~ 30 dia).
    So, I would expect you should be able to play back up to 30 days, but you report ~7 days.

    Have you tried a Reindex Archive (Reindexar Arquivo)?

     

    Ps. I saw another topic with somewhat related issues HERE. Is there any relation between these systems?
