Layouts keep disappearing from user roles

We are running NX Witness ver 5.0.0.35270.
We are now getting the issue where the layouts that have been assigned to a user role keep being removed.
We add the layouts back to the role and then they can disappear again.
Any ideas?

Hi Nick Johnston,
I assume that your scenario is: Trying to add a user to this custom role or change the password to an already associated account. If that is your case - Our team was aware of this issue already and add the fix in the later build. We're going to deliver a new patch this month that could resolve the problem.

Hi Wendy, no it isn't.
We have quite a few roles assigned to various users and they all have different layouts attached.
Nothing has changed but the layouts are being automagically deselected from the roles.
The user logs in and they can't see anything.
Other users have roles that have had the assigned layouts "reattached" but when they log in they don't see anything.
