Cannot enable rules for "Input on Signal on camera" from my camera

Hi Support,

I have problem to set rules for "Input on Signal on camera" because the camera is not in the list of the "at" options.

It appeared that this camera has no input port. 

from ODM, we can clearly see that this camera has the input and output

  Hello Norsalha Mahamud,

  Thank you for reporting this.

  Is my assumption correct that the camera reports itself differently in Nx Witness (IR_TECHNOLOGYD8X3NT) than in ODM (D8X3NT)?

  Would it be possible to provide remote access to such device through port forwarding, so we can add the device to our test environment for further investigations?

  The camera connection is unreachable now. You should already know this from our sales engineer - Shaum.
