    May I know which CPU architecture is on your MAC?
    Is it Intel CPU, or Apple Silicon CPU?

    Please follow the below instructions to do the basic troubleshooting:
    1. Refer to this support ARTICLE to clean uninstall the Nx Witness Desktop Client.
    2. Download the Nx Witness Desktop Client install package.
        Here are the download links of the 5.0.0.35270 version Nx Witness Desktop Client installer for Mac OS:

    3. Install the Nx Witness Desktop Client.
    4. Capture and share the screen recording with us if the issue persists.

    I'm having the same issues on multiple computers, did we ever figure out a resolution to this? 

    I previously had it working fine, but then installed it on my work computer but it didn't work (I assumed it was a corporate security issue) so left it. 

    But since doing a clean install on my personal computer the same issue has happened, this is a fresh osx install with nothing installed beside chrome and it still wont load even after a reboot
