Problems with installing 5.0.0.35270 to MacOS 10.14.6 Mojave

I´d like to start using Nx Witness with my MacOS 10.14.6 Mojave. The installation looks work fine, but the software doesn´t get started. Could You please help me with this issue?

May I know which CPU architecture is on your MAC?
Is it Intel CPU, or Apple Silicon CPU?Please follow the below instructions to do the basic troubleshooting:
1. Refer to this support ARTICLE to clean uninstall the Nx Witness Desktop Client.
2. Download the Nx Witness Desktop Client install package.
Here are the download links of the 5.0.0.35270 version Nx Witness Desktop Client installer for Mac OS:- For Intel CPU MAC: https://updates.networkoptix.com/default/35270/macos/nxwitness-client-5.0.0.35270-macos_x64.dmg
- For Apple Silicon MAC: https://updates.networkoptix.com/default/35270/macos/nxwitness-client-5.0.0.35270-macos_arm64.dmg
3. Install the Nx Witness Desktop Client.
4. Capture and share the screen recording with us if the issue persists.Thank you.
