Hi there,

There is an Action called "intercom Informer".

There in no info about it in the Help File.

How does it works?. 

For what it is intended for?.

  Can you take a screen capture for the one you saw?
  We would like to make sure there is no misunderstanding.

  If possible, can you also provide the camera/Intercom model name to us?

  Hi iChiro,

  Thanks very much for writting on our post.

  Following your message i went back to NX, oppened the RULES window, selected a GENERIC EVENT as a event and oppened the DO menu to look for the action "intercom Informer" but is no longer there.

  We just did and upgrate to our servers so maybe it was an option on the previous version. Please clarify us on that.
  
  We use an AXIS A8004 and 3 AXIS Speakers C1004E, C2005 and C3003E for which we oppened another case since we can't get audio from them.

  Hi Miguel Dina,

  I assume you used a patch before the upgrade and for some reason the upcoming intercom feature was merged into the patch you used, and it was corrected in a following build. Such feature wouldn't be able to be used, since it isn't completely finished yet.

  You are right. Yes, i had a patch. No worries. I was looking around in the software to know it better.
