Features are not able to load properly in NX Cloud for servers sitting in China

Recently found that we couldn't manage users via NX Cloud web portal, where servers are sitting in China.  Additionally, features like "View", "Setting", "Information" & "Monitoring" are also not able to load.  However, servers outside of China eg. HK is not affected and be loaded properly

  Hi Raymond Wan,

  Can you please provide the screen capture of the interface you saw?

  To be honest, the tabs "View, Settings,..." have no correlations to the places/countries your system sits in.
  We will need to see the real situation then to have the conclusion or necessary investigation.
