1. The in-client manual. Although we try to make our software as intuitive as possible, sometimes a little help is required. Please check THIS support article about how to access the in-client manual. 
2. Our Knowledge Base. Here we offer lots of specific support articles that resolve many questions. 
3. Our Support Community. If you encounter an issue, it is pretty well possible someone else did encounter it as well and already posted it and a solution might be available already. 
4. The Release notes. Developing software is an ongoing process and each release or patch contains improvements and bug fixing that resolve many issues. It might be that the issue you encountered, can be resolved instantly, by updating to the latest release or patch.
