Axis P7316 Media stream errors for channels 2 to 4
CompletedAfter adding first module of Axis P7316 I get 5 channels. But only channel 1 and 5 are working. After adding the device only channel 1 is named P7316 (without -channel X addition)
On channels 2 to 4 I get error "FAILED: Media stream is opened but no media data was received." Below diagnostics:
Confirming server availability. OK
Confirming camera is accessible. OK
Confirming target camera provides media stream. OK
Evaluating media stream for errors. FAILED: Media stream is opened but no media data was received.

I also added a P7304 for testing and I don't get this streaming error. I also noticed for the P7304 channel 5 (Quad stream) is not added.
I managed to solve the error for P7316 by disabling "Allow System to optimize camera settings (recommended)". P7304 works with both this option enabled or disabled.
NxWitness version running is 4.2.0.32840
Firmware P7316 = 10.6.3 (version out-of-the-box) Also tested another unit with 10.11.65
Firmware P7304 = 10.11.65
How can this be fixed without disabling Allow system to optimize.....?

Remote access directly to the Axis P7316 encoder is not possible.

Teamviewer is an option yes.
You also need passwords for Axis P7316 encoder and NxWitness as well.
Please create ticket so we can communicate all sensitive information.

Settings for the Axis P7316 were changed, which resolved the issue.
