    It seems that further investigation is required for your reported problem.
    Is it possible to forward the necessary port of the AXIS camera to us?

    Remote access directly to the Axis P7316 encoder is not possible.

    Please create a ticket for this issue so we can find another way.

    If a direct connection is not allowed, will it be OK to provide an unattended Teamviewer session to your server computer?

    Teamviewer is an option yes.

    You also need passwords for Axis P7316 encoder and NxWitness as well.
