    Hi Norsalha Mahamud,

    May I know the vendor and model name of this camera? Also, please help to update both your Nx software and camera firmware to the latest version first, then try it again.

    If it still doesn't work, the HTTP/RTSP port forwarding will be required for further investigation.

    Camera Vendor/Model: Dali/D8x3NT

    The Nx software already updated to version 4.2.0.34860, but still cannot work after testing.
