    1. About password forget - You may contact your local distributor for the query. Or we could help to reset the admin password by switching the post into our ticket system.
    2. About the prompt window - It is the default UAC(User Access Control) setting on your Windows OS. When you launch the 3rd party application, UAC will be triggered and notify you about the possible risk. There're several levels that you could adjust from the control panel, please refer to the article here.

    For Korean support, please contact Nx Core, our authorized reseller in Korea.
    They can provide you with 1st and 2nd tier support and can escalate to us in case tier 3 support is required.
