Let me ask you a question When we look at the camera, it likes to show the picture as attached. It's only people too. I checked the network and there is no problem.

  Please check this topic and provide more information accordingly, so we have a better understanding of the situation.

  Typically, it means, the stream won't play. If you wait long enough, the camera should show offline, and you can click the Camera Diagnostics button to get more information which you can copy. Can you copy this and paste in this thread?

  Can you connect and stream through the Onvif Device Manager (ODM)?
