Failed to add external IP camera

Hi Nx Support,

I have an external IP camera. I failed to add it on Nx witness by Known Address and Subnet Scan. How can i add it? Please help!

  Please refer to THIS topic and provide more information accordingly.
  For camera troubleshooting, please refer to THIS support article.

  If the device works in the Onvif Device Manager (ODM), most often it will work in Nx Witness as well.
  If it does in ODM, but doesn't in Nx, we could investigate the issue.
