Bosch IP 3000i constant no signal or green images. Plus no motion events
AnsweredHello, we have a site with 16 Bosch cameras. Nx is not picking up the motion for all of these. Some have required us to tick "Keep camera stream and profile settings", which can sometimes help to have motion events come through. Some work without this setting enabled though. All the cameras have the same VCA settings with Motion+ enabled.
As a side effect of testing, we have noticed when ticking "Enable cameras and server auto-discovery" we will then get some motion events for a while but then they stop. Along with this we may get the same camera show up twice in the device list, one with the model of "FLEXIDOME IP 3000i IR" and the other "FLEXIDOME_IP_3000i_IR". I cannot see anywhere in the Bosch camera where a second network interface could be configured. Stream form the duplicate camera is identical in resolution and bitrate.
Sometimes h.265 helps but then we notice Nx tries to configure resolutions all the time which causes cameras to all come on and offline throughout the day forcing us to then disable auto camera configuration and loosing some motion events or moving back to h.264.
Is there something we are missing here? I can invite an Nx team member to our site or provide TeamViewer access if required to help resolve this.
