    Hi X-ALARM TECHNIK,

Could you provide a bit more context? Specifically:

    • Which specific user accounts are experiencing issues?
    • When were these accounts initially created?
    • When did the access issues first start occurring?

    Thank you.

    Hi X-ALARM TECHNIK,

Thank you for your patience while we looked into this.

We identified a possible issue on our side that affected some recently created or activatdd Cloud accounts. Because of this, the accounts may show as not activated, or you may not be able to sign in, even though you already completed activation.

To resolve this, open the original account activation email from the Cloud and click the activation link again. This refreshes your account status, and you should then be able to sign in normally.

If you no longer have the activation email, or if signing in still doesn’t work after you use the link again, let us know, and we’ll check how to help you further.

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

    Best regards.

    Hi X-ALARM TECHNIK,

Our team is working on a solution. In the meantime, you can use email plus-addressing (subaddressing) as a temporary workaround. By adding a plus sign and an arbitrary tag after your username (for example, username+temp@example.com instead of username@example.com), systems treat it as a unique address while all incoming messages and verification links still arrive directly in your regular inbox.

Please note that this works automatically on major email providers like Gmail, Outlook/Hotmail, Proton Mail, and iCloud. When logging in or checking for confirmation emails, ensure you use the exact alias you registered with.

We will provide another update as soon as the root issue is fully resolved.

    Thank you for your patience.
