    Hi  the customer tried now to activate the accounts again using the link in the first mail….but ist says “404 Page not found”… could you maybe delete all accounts and i recreate them ?

    Hi the users are: <removed>all of them where initially created on friday 30/10/26….on friday everything worked fine…and then jesterday customer called me because they could not log in….

    Hi somehow we have the problem that recently created cloud users are not working anymore….when we try to log in  on nxvms.com the error “Account does not exist.” is shown…then  we tried to recreate...
