Exporting video in a setup with 4 merged servers

Hi guys

Just to check what's the best way to export videos from 4 merged servers (for now I name them nx1, nx2, nx3 and nx4). I tried having each of the server export their own set of cameras, but doesn't seem to be going anywhere. nx1 seem to be running ok, but for the rest client seem to stop responding after a while

Does them been merged servers have any effect on the above?
Should I unmerged them before exporting?

  Hi Kevin Chen,

  Merged servers are irrelevant to exporting footage. Typically, you can select devices from any server in the system and export them.

  Please check THIS support article and provide the mentioned information, screen recordings, etc.
