    Hi mutou takafumi,

I can only guess, but could it be that the Site cannot reach our license server?
This is required to deactivate the license.

You can check this with the Cloud Service Checker you can find in THIS support article.

If the issue persists, and your authorized Reseller cannot resolve it, they always can escalate the issue to the Nx Support team.

    Best regards.

    Thank you for your reply.

Is there a way to check whether or not a connection to the license server can be established?

I will also check whether it is possible to perform a manual deactivation. If so, would it be feasible, provided the server in question has an internet connection and the HWID and license key are known?

Additionally, for your reference, I have attached the communication logs for the server in question. Please take a look.
